Street artists and dancers leaving traces of tape and pulse

Armed with duct tape, Asphalt Piloten infiltrates the city. Tape artists, dancers and the DJ appear out of the blue – and throughout Copenhagen they leave trails of their volatile art. The city is their canvas and fabric. They create urban collages spiced with music, mixed live with the sounds of the city, all while the dancers choreography and improvisations interrupt the city’s everyday rhythm. Founded in Berlin’s anarchistic art scene, Asphalt Piloten is the closest you get to mobile pop-up action art.

Four routes, four actions, four districts. Follow the spontaneous traces of tape, sound and movement on a swift and somewhat different tour of the city.
