Virtuous, breathtaking balancing art. Play with gravity with the audience as counterweight. Perseverance, strength and weightlessness 7 meters above ground. Hyperactive, masculine chaos dance with chalk dust. Flying skaters in close combat. A playful and energetic workshop programme for everybody, who dares put the body to the test.

MOVE IT! is a tribute to the urban body. Acrobatics, movement, balance and gravity is explored and challenged over the course of four days with 17 outstanding performances and 19 workshops, which draw from and mix circus, dance, parkour and skating.
