Under Skov is a walking performance, which invites you on a meditative visit in the time of the forest – close to the world’s largest natural network. In and underneath the forest.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Secret Hotel and artistic director Christine Fentz create experiences that are both immediately sensory and stimulating for the intellect. Since 2008, the focus has been on raising people’s awareness of the beings we share the planet with. The latest works have been developed at the intersection of participant-based stage art, regenerative actions, and living landscapes. This can include site-specific events and performances, walks in the landscape, performance-lectures, or seasonal rituals. Central to this is the collaboration with non-human entities, and the audience being “guests” and co-creators. Secret Hotel is based in Aarhus and works closely with sister organization Earthwise Residency in Mols Bjerge.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The Performance is in Danish – but with gentle guidance, which is non-verbal.
The performance takes place in a forest and is not suitable for wheelchair users or walking-impaired.
Please wear clothes suitable for the forest for 90 min. almost regardless of the weather.
Umbrellas, walking sticks and large bags are not allowed and cannot be brought along during the performance.
